This first concert of the festival features the Canadian premiere of R. MURRAY ScHAFER's Seventeen Haiku written especially for this exciting ensemble. Utaoni will also perform Schafer's Magic Songs, Wind Horse by TORU TAKEMITSU and traditional Inner Mongolian Music.
