The Toronto Symphony Orchestra announces that Susan Haig will assume the position of conductor of the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra in September 2000. Currently artistic director of the Windsor. Symphony, Susan is a frequent guest conductor with orchestras such as the TSO, the National Arts Centre Orchestra and the Vancouver Symphony.
