DISCOVERIES comes down to programming. LeBLANC Canadian soprano Suzie LeBlanc, who frequently performs with Tafelmusik and The Toronto Consort, has a distinctively natural and richly coloured voice, which achieves moving poignancy in the chromatic word painting of the Qui toll is. She shapes each phrase exquisitely. The smal l, superb Academie Baroque de Montreal, lead by harpsichordist Alexander Weimann, offers vibrant and stylish support.
